Prices

Minimum stay 2 nights

- The prices are per night per room.
- They include breakfast, daily cleaning (except Sunday and special holidays) , towels and sheets, free WI-FI.
- Municipal sojourn tax excluded (2€ per day/person max. for 10 days stay). Kids until 10 years old don't pay sojourn tax.

Booking:

At the time of booking, a deposit must be paid in advance, by bank draft or PayPal (in this case there is a commission of 2.5%), of 30% of the cost of the whole stay (or at least the equivalent of one night’s stay for booking of 1 or 2 nights).

The cost of the entire stay must be paid in full in cash at the time of arrival.

Keys are provided on arrival.

In addition, on arrival a form notifying the guest’s presence must be completed (with the presentation of a valid identity document), which will be sent by us to the police station, in accordance with the current law.

Cancellation arrangements:

• up to 10 nights before arrival, the whole deposit will be returned;
• up to 5 nights before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned;
• less than 5 nights before arrival or no-show, the deposit will not be returned.
